Ｑ１What if my symptoms don't improve? What's in it for you?

　Please note that if the molding defect is due to insufficient adjustment of resin parameters, such as peeling off the platform or remaining adhered to the FEP film, the symptoms will not be improved at all.

Ｑ2Confirmation about the three types of Phrozen 5.5inch available in the online shop.

There are three types, the oldest being as follows

(1) ParaLED V1.0 with round lens
(2)ParaLED V2.0 with hexagonal lens
(3)ParaLED V2.0 with square lens

The 5.5 inch diffuser is only compatible with (3) ParaLED V2.0 type with square lens.

Please note that (1) and (2) are not supported.
Hexagonal lenses described in (2) are available separately, so please contact us for more information.
